Service Description
Through gentle, flowing movement, postural alignment, breath awareness, and focused intention, Qi Gong works to balance the body’s energetic system and restore vitality from the inside out. Each session explores different Qi Gong forms and sequences designed to release stagnation, open the meridians, and support the optimal function of our organs — restoring the natural flow of Qi (life force energy) throughout the body. As you move, breathe, and ground, you’ll balance Yin and Yang energy, calm the nervous system, and cultivate a deeper sense of connection and wellbeing — mentally, physically, and spiritually. Qi Gong is accessible to all levels of fitness and experience, making it a beautiful complement to other practices and activities such as surfing, swimming, running, strength training, martial arts, yoga, and dance. You’ll leave each class feeling centred, relaxed, and re-energised. Amanda Wright is a certified Qi Gong teacher, Breathwork Coach and Somatic practitioner whose work bridges the science of breath with the art of embodied movement. A lifelong ocean lover, freediver, and swimmer, Amanda brings a deep awareness of breath, rhythm, and flow to her teaching.








Cancellation Policy
At The Space, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients and maintain the quality of our sessions, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy: Canceling 24 hours or more before your session: No charge. Canceling less than 24 hours but more than 12 hours before your session: 50% of the session fee will be charged. No-show or canceling within 12 hours of your session: Full session fee will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best experience for all our guests.
