About the event
This is an all age, All levels welcome event. Family and Friends welcome
Choose a Block (time), grab some mates for the HIIT or come solo and we will team you up ! OR come to Both !

Block 1
9:00 – 9:15am | Arrival + Welcome
Protein pancakes from Nothing Naughty, probiotic sodas + electrolytes from Moodi
9:15 – 10:00am | FAT HIIT Session- FAT Team Burn
Outdoor group workout, team-based and high-energy
10:00 – 11:15am | Guided Recovery Experience -Choose your flow;
Start with sauna + cold plunge then move into the yurt
or begin in the yurt for a guided mobility and stretch session with Brooke and some sponsored goodies , then move into sauna/plunge
Block 2
10:00 – 10:15am | Arrival + Welcome

10:15 – 11:00am | FAT Pilates session with Taylor
11:00 – 12:15pm | Guided Recovery Experience -Choose your flow
Start with sauna + cold plunge then move into the yurt
or begin in the yurt for a guided mobility and stretch session with Brooke and some sponsored goodies, then move into sauna/plunge
Throughout the event, in between or after your sessions, explore recovery options including Salt and Oil products, vouchers from Extraordinary Skin, Xplosiv Supplements Whangarei and grab an açaí bowl or coffee from Sol Berry available for purchase onsite
