Service Description
Retreat Schedule Ease into a morning of movement, recovery, and deep relaxation at The Space. 9:00am – 10:00am | Yoga Flow Begin your day with a guided yoga session designed to awaken the body, build warmth, and gently prepare you for what’s to come. 10:00am – 11:00am | Sauna & Cold Plunge Transition into contrast therapy with access to our sauna and cold plunge. Move at your own pace as you reset your nervous system, boost circulation, and recharge your energy. 11:00am – 11:20am | Light Refreshments Enjoy a nourishing light snack and herbal tea from Noble and Sunday, giving your body time to refuel and ground before the final experience. 11:20am – 12:20pm | Sound Bath in the Yurt Sink into stillness with a deeply immersive sound bath, held in our cozy yurt. Let the vibrations guide you into a state of calm, clarity, and full-body relaxation. The Experience A thoughtfully curated journey combining movement, recovery, and restoration — designed to leave you feeling grounded, recharged, and completely reset.
Cancellation Policy
At The Space, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients and maintain the quality of our sessions, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy: For Sauna and Cold plunge sessions- Canceling 24 hours or more before your session: No charge. Canceling less than 24 hours but more than 12 hours before your session: 50% of the session fee will be charged. No-show or canceling within 12 hours of your session: Full session fee will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best experience for all our guests. For Retreats, Events, Private sessions, Sound Bath, Yoga Due to the nature of our longer sessions, which require planning and are difficult to fill at short notice, we kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to offer your space to another guest. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session will not be eligible for a credit or refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best experience for all our guests.
